ANNUAL PRAYER SERVICE

SGR's first annual prayer service was held in March of 2024, to set the intention for our work and the wellness of our community. 

Our prayer:

• Create safe spaces for youth and families to learn about and embrace their cultural legacies. 
• Provide FREE to LEARN opportunities that raise awareness of their role as stewards of the land that we have been entrusted with.
•  Work with likeminded agencies that recognize our shared responsibility to reduce the effects of climate change.
• Build bridges among tribal nations throughout California and the United States that will bolster and support our collective commitment to honor Mother Earth.
• Uplift all nations to ensure equity and the overall wellness of our communities. 

We are grateful to our relatives for their support of our mission and vision. We have been honored to meet many amazing human beings during this prayer service, which will be sponsored annually.
