We host and promote public events rooted in cultural practice, fire and land stewardship, and youth empowerment. Each gathering is an invitation to return to the land, remember who we are, and walk together toward shared healing.
As a small team, we’re often fully immersed in the care it takes to carry out an event — which means we may miss some of the perfect photo moments. Thank you for your patience as we get better at capturing and sharing these powerful experiences.
Join us for gatherings, family outings, and learning rooted in land and culture.

Lake Eleanor | For Families
This event is now full
Description:
This safe, two-night backpacking trip is made for our youngest relatives and their families. Together, we’ll walk trails, share fire circles, and take part in simple acts of land care — guided by trusted SGR mentors and cultural stewards.
This is not a training. It’s a remembering.
For many children, this will be their first night under the stars, first forest story, and first ceremonial fire.
These moments matter.
